Zeeflus Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing a bet on Zeeflus, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of gambling in your jurisdiction) and that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2. Nature of the Game

Zeeflus provides a "crash" style game based on a rising multiplier.

• The Risk: You acknowledge that the "Flash Crash" point is determined by a random number generator (RNG).
• The Outcome: If the game crashes before you click "Cash Out," your wager is lost.
• No Guarantees: Past performance or "patterns" in the crash curve do not guarantee future results.

3. Account Responsibility

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and/or Telegram access. Zeeflus is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• One Account Per User: Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts to manipulate referral systems or bonuses. Violation will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Finality: All bets placed are final. Once a round begins, wagers cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Verification: Zeeflus reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing large withdrawals to prevent money laundering and fraud.
• Errors: In the event of a technical glitch or system error that displays an incorrect multiplier, Zeeflus reserves the right to void the affected rounds and refund the initial stakes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploit bugs or "glitches" for profit (these should be reported to support immediately).
• Engage in money laundering or any illegal financial activity via the platform.
• Harass, abuse, or spam other players in the community chat or Telegram groups.

6. Provably Fair System

Zeeflus utilizes a Provably Fair algorithm. This allows users to verify the randomness and honesty of each game round using a combination of server seeds, client seeds, and nonces. By playing, you acknowledge that this system is the final authority on game outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zeeflus is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not responsible for:

• Internet connectivity issues or "lag" on the user's end that results in a failed cash-out.
• Losses incurred due to the inherent volatility of the game.
• Temporary platform downtime for maintenance or server updates.

8. Termination of Service

Zeeflus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion to protect the integrity of the platform.

9. Amendments
